Donation-Based Services
Donations made to Black Matriarchy Rising, LLC are voluntary contributions, not fees for guaranteed services.
Support group donations:

Are offered on a sliding-scale

Are intended to support facilitation, technology, and community resources

Do not guarantee attendance, outcomes, or specific results
Donation of at least $5 is needed to attend support group.
Refunds
Because donations are voluntary and immediately applied to support ongoing community operations:

Donations are non-refundable

This includes donations made in connection with virtual support groups, events, or community offerings

We are unable to issue refunds for:

Missed sessions

Scheduling conflicts

Personal circumstances

Changes in availability

Dissatisfaction with the experience

Event Cancellations
If Black Matriarchy Rising, LLC cancels a scheduled support group session:

Donations will generally remain non-refundable, as they support broader community operations

An alternative community offering

Technical Issues
We are not responsible for refunds due to:

Internet connectivity problems

Platform outages (e.g., Zoom)

Device or user-related technical issues
Participants are encouraged to ensure they have appropriate access before joining virtual sessions.
Errors or Duplicate Donations
If you believe a donation was made in error or duplicated accidentally, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis.
